Absolutely. We take security measures seriously. Each of our staff are thoroughly vetted that includes a nationwide background check and Cleaning House certified. We are licensed, bonded, and insured.
We never want anything to go wrong for our beloved customers, but if something goes wrong we’re here to make it all right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it no matter what. That’s our promise to you.
We have three levels of security in place. Our first level of security is our booking page which is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously!
We always aim to WOW our customers the first time and if you’re not satisfied with our cleaning then we’ll reschedule with you to send our team to re-clean, and if you’re still not satisfied enough to even recommend us to your friends then we’ll give a 100% refund.

We hold basic and advance custodial services through CMI (Cleaning Management Institute) which is an accredited program for facility services provided by ISSA (International Sanitary Supply Association). We also are also carpet care certified through IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
We are licensed, bonded, and certified to do business with both Maryland as a Small Business Reserved Certificate Holder and Federal as a Self-Certified Small Business Disadvantage Business.
